SECTION 17. AMENDATORY 68 O.S. 2001, Section 2357.71, is amended to read as follows:

Section 2357.71 Sections 1 2357.71 through 6 2357.76 of this ~~act~~ title, including Sections 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of this act, shall be known and may be cited as the "Rural Venture Capital Formation Incentive Act."
